What is the average lead time?
We are normally on a 1-2 week lead time, depending on the repair we can expedite or coordinate with a tight schedule which we know if often the case with charters etc. We are here to deliver the best results in an efficient manner.
How do I know how much my repair will cost?
We have to diagnose the problem first, which is done at an hourly rate, usually diagnosed within the first hour. From there it is labor and materials to fix, often times we will have the spare parts in stock to speed up turn around time.
